Positive Coaching for Breast Cancer survivors

Your treatment has finished and you’ve had the ‘all clear’. No more chemotherapy. No more radiation. You’re free of cancer and free to get on with your life again.

And yet somehow you feel lost. Rather than being filled with excitement and optimism about the future, you’re suddenly questioning your identity, your purpose, your very essence.

And there still seems such a lot to cope with. You may be struggling with:

  • fear that the cancer will return

  • anger or guilt that you became ill

  • feeling unattractive post-surgery

  • brain fog from the medication you’re on

  • confidence issues

  • relationships with your partner, children, friends or family

  • work and career choices

I understand how you’re feeling because I’ve been there myself. Breast cancer took two years out of my life and left me with many fears, doubts and questions. I was no longer sure who I was or what I wanted. That’s why I now coach women in the same situation who need help and support to find their way forward.

Breast cancer is not something that can be forgotten or hidden away. It’s part of your life story. I help women like you to understand that you’ll never go back to who you were, to accept that truth – and to re-discover your authentic self.

We’ll look at who you are now, what you want and where you want to be. I’ll help you to make goals for your new life and I’ll be with you every step of the way as you embrace your future.
