Down the Centre Line
As a novice dressage rider I get the pre-competition jitters like most people, but what if I said to you that you can over ride that feeling of worry and wondering why you're there, the voice in your head which tells you you're not good enough and the anxiety which gives you an upset tummy, cold and sweaty palms and you turn into a concrete passenger on your beautiful horse, which you've spent hours training and getting ready for your exciting competition.
It's not an overnight cure, nothing worth while doing is, but by looking at your beliefs, we can untie issues that may have been in the back of your head and stored away, and that only come out on competition day.
