This is me
Your Life Re:Imagined
Well, as you can see, I love horses! They’ve been a passion of mine since I was three and today barely a day goes by without me going for a ride on my mare, Sky.
Finding your passion in life is key – which is why I’m so lucky to be doing a job that helps people to discover theirs. I also work with clients on confidence issues, when they’ve lost their direction, need help with their inner critic or could do with some support to make changes, whether that’s in a relationship, with their health or at work.
I started my career in HR, working my way up from HR officer to group HR manager before launching my own business as an HR director and consultant. But when life threw me a curve ball in the form of breast cancer I had to reassess what I really wanted. In my HR roles working with SMEs, I’d always loved helping with goals and strategy – so I trained as a life coach so I could do more of that, for more people!
I offer face-to-face coaching sessions at my coaching cabin in Bedfordshire and also work nationally and internationally via Skype and Zoom.
Coaching Mastery Diploma (coaching and NLP, accredited by Association of Coaching)
trained in Mental Health First Aid
Stress-Based Mindfulness (eight-week course)
qualified British Horse Society Assistance Instructor
When I’m not working...
I live in Bedfordshire with my husband, three children and step-son. Along with my horse, Sky, we have two dogs – a springer called Pebble and cocker spaniel Echo – and a number of rescue chickens. My favourite thing is riding and I also regularly compete in dressage competitions. I’m a real outdoors person and I spend a lot of time in the garden, where we grow our own veg.
