This is me
Your Life Re:Imagined
Well, as you can see, I love horses! They’ve been a passion of mine since I was pre-school age, this passion has not left me, I still have a horse and ride regularly.
Finding your passion in life is key – which is why I’m so lucky to be doing a job that helps people to discover theirs. I also work with clients on confidence issues, when they’ve lost their direction, need help with their inner critic or could do with some support to make changes, whether that’s in a relationship, with their health or at work.
I started my career in HR, working my way up from HR Admin to Group HR Manager before launching my own business as an HR Consultant. But when life threw me a curve ball in the form of breast cancer I had to reassess what I really wanted. In my HR roles working with SMEs, I’d always loved helping with goals and strategy – so I trained as a life coach so I could do more of that, for more people!
I offer face-to-face coaching sessions at my coaching cabin in Bedfordshire and also work nationally and internationally via Skype and Zoom.
Coaching Mastery Diploma (coaching and NLP, accredited by Association of Coaching)
Trained as a Mental Health First Aider
Stress-Based Mindfulness (eight-week course)
Resilience Coach Practitioner
When I’m not working...
I live in Bedfordshire with my family. We have a horse, a couple of dogs and a range of chickens.
I am a school Governor for a local primary school and I am also an Enterprise Advisor for SEMLEP, supporting a local Special Needs College.
My favourite past-time is riding and I also regularly compete in dressage competitions. I’m a real outdoors person and I spend a lot of time in the garden, where we grow our own veg.
