Your free call
If you’re thinking about coaching but aren’t sure if it’s right for you, we can have a 10-minute chat first. It’s free and there’s no obligation to sign up for a session. It’s easy to book your call here
So you’ve decided you’d like to be coached by me – brilliant! Before we meet I’ll email you a pre-coaching questionnaire to fill in. The questions will help you focus on what’s important to you, what you want in your life and what you’d like to get out of your sessions. Of course we’ll talk about this in-depth when we meet, but this gives us a good starting point.
With coaching, I don’t tell you what to do. My role is to help you explore your options and give you support while you make changes to get where you want to be. I provide a confidential environment where you can feel relaxed, calm, secure and safe to do that. During our sessions, I’ll help you to find the real you – the authentic you – and not the person you think you should be.
Coaching isn’t like counselling. It’s not about looking back – it’s all about moving forward to the life you want to live. Many people will only need 4-6 coaching sessions before reaching the stage where they don’t need me anymore. And if you do – I’m always here for tune-ups and annual top-ups.
Face-to-face and remote
You can have a coaching session with me at my coaching cabin, based in Elstow in Bedfordshire. If it’s more convenient – or you live further away – our coaching sessions can be via Skype or Zoom.
An holistic approach
To help you in your journey, I use a range of tools and techniques:-
NLP techniques such as visualisation can be a powerful way to help you create a positive mindset.
A walk around the garden or in the woods can help open up the conversation if you’re feeling blocked.
If you’re finding it hard to describe how you’re feeling you might like to draw pictures or words instead. You can just grab a coloured crayon and let your imagination take over.
Mindfulness & meditation
Life can be hectic and stressful so I often use mindfulness and meditation to help you feel calm, relaxed and focused.
